Final Blog!

It really has been a pleasure being in a learning environment in which one is exposed to a variety of ideas and opinions. I found this course and the blog posts to be very informative and interesting and overall, I really enjoyed the course. It has been one of my favorites so far through my curriculum. One of the most impactful modules I can remember involved reducing your own waste. I can vividly remember the video about the girl who held up a mason jar with all of the waste she had produced. I though to myself "That truly is amazing". It just really shed light on the fact that if we as humans can manage to change our mindset on how we view waste products, and change the culture behind that, we really can cut down on the amount of waste we produce. The second most impactful learning experience I had in this course was the literature review.
